What we will do for you:
Design Consultation
We have a free consultation service that involves discussions over the phone, email, video calls and site visits or demonstrations at our facility at Braeside or one of our other facilities around Australia.
At this stage we get to understand the project and end user. For example is it a dual use space for the whole family or is focused golf training the main objective.
We tailor the solution to fit the needs and budget of each individual customer.
Building and Wiring Diagram
This is a critical document that details everything your builder and electrician will need to know to put together their plans. It is essential the golf simulator is detailed to this level so that everything runs smoothly.
It is not uncommon for this document to be submitted 2-3 years before the golf simulator is installed.
Our experienced team will work with yours to ensure they understand and follow the plans required to prepare the room perfectly.
Build
Because of our physical warehouse presence, and our strength in engineering and manufacturing, we fabricate in house. This gives us control over lead time and most importantly over quality.
No matter the level of customisation you may require in your impact screen, foam paneling, studio frame design, enclosure build, we can do it all. It is this control that means you get the best performing, most immersive golf simulator and most enjoyable space possible.
Project Manage
Our in house project manager uses our project management software to make sure that every detail of your installation stays on track. Some installation can be a number of weeks from confirmation to installation, some can be many months and many years.
Depending on the scale of the project, there are hundreds of details that have to be gone over with builders, electricians, home AV, home automation, designers, architects and our clients.
Install
We have installers nationwide. GolfSim Australia has the largest team of golf simulator installers because we do the most installations.
Our team of installers are qualified tradespeople with a passion for delivering an amazing experience. We work closely with your other trades and also have access to electricians and carpenters to assist with additional elements of the build.
The installers will provide a handover and training session to cover off all the elements of the golf simulator including software and hardware training from start up to shut down. Includes setting up cloud profiles.
After Installation Support
At any time our support team can login to your PC and help you with any questions you have.
We only work with the most stable and proven golf simulator technologies. As a result, there are very rarely any issues at all, but that doesn’t mean you won’t have questions and there won’t be software upgrades to improve your simulator performance in time. We can help you with this.
